The Department of Food and Beverage Management has recruited four lecturers who are specialized in academic and practical fields. All of whom not only have plenty of experience, but also have professional certificates.

 

Teaching facility

The Department of Food and Beverage Management provides professional facilities and equipment, including kitchen facilities for Chinese and Western cooking, baking facilities, beverage preparation facilities, a practical training hotel, and a recreational tourism information laboratory. The department also has test rooms for Chinese cooking and Western cooking, baking, beverage mixing, and restaurant and dining services. Related facilities, restaurants, and classrooms for apprenticeship are also offered.

 

Certificates counseling

The Department of Food and Beverage Management focus on both theory and practice to help students become familiar with the working environment, as well as to help students earn cooking professional certificates, TQC WORD 2007, English certificates and others.

 

Future education and employment

Students have a wide selection of career choices and may pursue careers in various industries, such as food and beverage services, hotel, baking, and recreation.
